Finding Vibrance Everywhere! Join our Emmanuel family in celebrating our sponsorship of the Fifth Annual Howard County Pride Festival on October 13. From noon to 4pm Emmanuel will be hosting a booth where we will be offering activities, support, and encouragement to Pride participants.
