Children Ministries
At Emmanuel United Methodist Church, children of all ages are welcome. Our providers are vetted, trained, supervised and CPR certified.
Let the little children come to me: do not stop them for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs.

Sunday School During Our 9AM Service
- Children in preschool to grade 5 will come to 9am worship with their family and be escorted to Sunday School after the children’s sermon.
- On Communion Sundays, children will go directly to Sunday School and then join the service in time for Communion.
- During Sunday School children will participate in crafts, cooking, drama, puzzles, science activities, games and special events.
- Music is taught during Sunday School and the children sing at the end of the 9am service on select Sundays.
Childcare During Our 10:45AM Service
During our 10:45 am service, children are welcome to join their parents for worship. Activity bags are available for all children at the entrance to the sanctuary. A children’s sermon is offered at this service, after which the children in second grade and younger will be escorted to childcare. (Contact Donna if childcare is needed)
