Audio Technician
Audio is a very important part of our service as it helps everyone, in-person and online, hear and understand what is happening during the service. There is very minimal training involved, as most of the audio needs are just volume control and muting/unmuting microphones.

Graphics Operator
The graphic volunteer controls everything seen on the TV screens in-person. Our online audience often sees what is displayed on the screens as well. There is a light-medium amount of training involved. You will be using our presentation software, ProPresentor (similar to PowerPoint), to go through the slides and display lyrics, announcements, scripture, etc.

Video Mixer Operator
Our livestream contributes to 40% of our attendance at Emmanuel. It is vital to what we do every week. Our video switcher operator will change which camera is displaying live, move the remote cameras into position throughout the service, display the ASL interpreter in the corner of the screen, and make sure the audio is working correctly. There is a considerable amount of training needed to run our livestream.
Expectations
Our team generally arrives around 8:30AM to set everything up- turn TV's on, make sure mics have full batteries, open our softwares, adjust cameras, etc. Right now, only the audio person needs to stay for the 10:45 service.
If you're interested, we will set up a time on a Sunday were you can see what it is like to be on our Tech Team. There will be someone you can shadow and ask questions. We won't schedule you alone without you first feeling comfortable. We would love for you to join our team in whatever capacity that is- every now and then, monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, or whatever works for you!
