Facilitated by Martina in the Fellowship Hall
Studies have shown that adopting an attitude of gratitude can enhance your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. By incorporating a gratitude practice in your day-to-day activities, not only can you elevate your mood, boost your immune system, and improve the quality of your sleep, you can decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, experience a reduction of chronic and lower your risk for disease. Come count your blessings with us on November 19th at 11:30 as we engage in the creative process by making “Gratitude Jars”. This relaxing activity requires no previous artistic experience, and all are welcome to attend!
If the weather permits, we will bless the Gratitude Jars in our new altar in the woods.
